Telkom is useless!!!

Worst service I have ever received, been struggling since June with them. Firstly to downgrade a package because we had to close out business through Lockdown. They never did this and we had to pay full price for 4 months with no income to our company so they clearly don't care about helping out anyone. Then to change across to fibre which has taken 2 months and we still have not had any joy because there is some sort of error on our account that nobody can assist with. Oh yes and to boot our account is suspended for no reason!!
