Telkom Is Useless

I am totally fed up!! On the 5th of January I paid via EFT because my debit order did not go off as scheduled!!Thus now on 23rd January my debit order went off. Soooo you received DOUBLE PAYMENT AND WE ARE STILL SUSPENDED!!!!!! MY ACCOUNT IS STILL NOT UPDATED TO SHOW THAT I OWE NOTHING.

I am getting sick of this. We are taking our business elsewhere, because you are fast ASLEEP!
