Telkom is useless.

Telkom is useless!!!! Waiting for 2 weeks to get my business internet line issues sorted out and still nothing has happened. They send me a new router that is supposed to be plug and play but hasn't allowed us to connect to the internet for 5 days now. I am trying to run a business here but Telkom is never able to assist with the issues with their products. So over them now. I will be moving to another provider very soon. Useless customer service. Call centers don't know what is going on.
