Telkom is useless

7 Days now without network. Phoned them every day from day 1 to date. Tried everything myself. Finaly get a reference number two days ago. Two days later no follow up from them. I call them today and was told to wait for the technicians to call me as it is now out of her hands and it is expected to pay a full installment every month. Absolutely disgusted with the service and the it is what it is attitudes.
