TELKOM IS USELESS!!!CANNOT SORT OUT MY PROBLEM OF THE PENALTIE OF A CONTRACT WHICG I WAS NOT EXPLAINED ABOUT SPOKE TO SO MANY PEOPLE PROBLEM NOT SOLVED SINCE LAST YEAR

<p>Dear Sir/MadamThis is to confirm that the package given to us on May 2016 account and as a result I've been paying a package that i cannot cannot afford.I could however not cancel because my son is in grade 11 and he needed internet for his work.When i Realised i was paying the wrong package I however tried to cancel with Ref No: ********** 48A until today my account is not sorted .I have spoken to the following people so far Thapelo@ ********** 099 and various people Zikola/Brett/Kaylene Pillay,Matamet Dudu/Nandi Please credit me accordingly as i was not aware of the package as statements are not Received on time and we have no telkom office in lenasia.I am not working and have been your customer since 1986.I feel like going to the press and media if I am not helped.Sorry But I am not happy at all.The people I spoke to are: Dudu , MNandi , Mbombea , Zikola , Brett , Kaylene Pillay , Matamet , Brett , Tapelo , Lerato ,Londiwe , Michelle Smit ,Donna , TemboJc , Nosipho Stofile , Jessica ,<br />Ref No: ********** 48A , ********** 9 , ********** 37 , ********** 4 , ********** 5 , Please Credit my account accordingly as I have been billed for things that I do not want.Telkom are unable to sort out my problem from last year.TELKOM IS USELESS!!!</p>
