Telkom is useless.

Telkom is useless..I'm having trouble getting hold of them. I paid up my account. But on my credit report it still say im in arrears and when i call them or try to get hold of them they tell me that my account is so old that they can't find me on the system.. How do i get this of my report if they dont even have details of my account anymore. No-one at telkom can help me!!!
