Telkom is Useless

If I could give half a star I would. Highveld Mll Branch in Witbank is no use. Telkom charge me R202.00 for my debit order that hoped. I have been paying my account EFT manualy for 3 year now. These last two months theh tried to take a debit order. When we went into the store they tell me they can't help me because they are only consultants and not the billing department. When I put in a request for the billing department to call me back there is no one at the other side of the line when I answer even when the store phones the billing department no ones answer. The manager can not answer a question you ask her she keeps on saying it is the system. It has been 1 mont now that I try to resolve this and no help.
