Telkom is useless

Telkom has lost the plot. For 1 week my WiFi and landline is down. Every time you phone them the agents give you different stories. For 4 days now they tell me an agent has been assigned to come over. No agents came over, just stories and more stories. Useless company to deal with. When my WiFi is down so is my TV and so on. My daughter works from home so now she spends a fortune on data. Venting Just helps me because Telkom DOESNT CARE. Eish our service delivery is so messed up.
