TELKOM is USELESS

Telkom is the worst provider I have ever experience.

A contract that I opened with them in 2014, was cancelled in 2018 and Telkom have continued to charge me for the service, never once debit ordering me or sending an invoice or statement after the cancellation. Now I get an outrageous bill for 2 years worth of charges that were cancelled.

Every time you call the accounts department they promise to sort it out but NEVER DO ANYTHING.

Please can someone in Telkom that can rectify this issue contact me!
