Telkom is Useless

My internet has been off since Thursday last week. I have phoned and phoned and ****** phoned. No reply or response from their side or Open Serve that is supposed to come out and replace my fibre cable that is broken. They said they phoned me twice and I dont pick up my phone, which is nonsense, I have reported it on Thursday. You cant use their Telkom App because it bombs out every single time and askes to be used later. You can't phone telkom anymore as their mailbox is full. Yes full, full of what ??? I know the answer.... what the hell. This is the only service they can do during the lockdown and they cant even do that? You dont have any shops open to come and talk to someone either. We have a business and schooling to be done. I am canceling every single service with telkom at the end of this lockdown. What is your answer Telkom???????
