Telkom is useless

Telkom is constantly dropping the ball. From payments not being reflected/ no way of communicating with them / pathetic app and website and now I'm paying hard earned money on a 10mbps adsl line that I'm constantly having trouble with. I understand that there has been issues with the cables but me as a paying customer should be notified and also should not be billed full price for a service they know is not 100 percent. Just another example of greed and *******ion in South africa.. As soon as we owe them money they quick to contact us but when we have an issue with the service they are nowhere to be found.. I'm tired of paying for something I don't have.
