Telkom is useless and *****ing money. Worst service ever

Telkom is really useless. I have been charged multiple times an extra R200 on my account and they have been stating that my debit orders aren't going through, yet payments have been made much earlier the month. I have complained and nothing has been done. The manager won't even call back to correct their mistakes. They charge double for services. I will never go with telkom again and as soon as the contract is finished I'm gone. This is really the worst service I have ever received.
