Telkom is useless and pathetic

My telkom line has been cancelled almost a year now! Now all of a sudden, I am due to make a payment HOE THE HEL????? 10210 AND 10213 if you call it say couldnt connect and when you call 081180 the ladies gets angry and tell you these are the only numbers who can assist. But you cant get through all they tell me is I am due for a payment op R861 a year after the lines has been cancelled 🤬🤬🤬
