Telkom is useless and pathetic

I signed up for 799 every month to pay for 10meg line. I never once had the full 10meg line to use a month. Every month they over charge me and every month i pay 1000 rand to be in advance but never i get to be in advance. I called the call centre spoke to a guy Fatho who was useless i spoke to him 31 min trying to explain the problem but he is stupid he don't know what is going on then when i said i wanted to speak to his supervisor he is useless he put me on hold for another 22min before i hang up after i told him i am calling from my cellphone. Telkom is the worst company ever and don't recommend it to anyone the service you receive is pathetic and they advertise the wrong package then you pay for something you don't have it is *****
