Telkom is useless and i will not recommend them to friends or family

Telkom my nightmare just never ends, for 6 months i am struggling with Telkom to change my debit orders after my capiteck account was hacked i moved to ABSA struggling for 6 month to change bank details and debit order for months i am via their WhatsApp line which is so useless eventual after i changed my bank detail with them they did not run the debit order. after that i paid again via whatsupp line payment they suspend my account after i paid them for a whole month on the phone they could not locate the payment after another 2 weeks they only then locate the payment after i had a fight with them they promised me all is in order the debit order will run this month again the debit did not run again on the 25th as i have asked them again i paid via eft and they suspended me again because they did not run the debit order which was not my fault i did pay them a few days after and i am still suspended i brough my side by paying but they do not to what they suppose to do it is not fare
