Telkom is useless and has messed up my life

Telkom has messed up my life. I am not receiving any calls for the past 3 weeks. I have missed a call back from an interview and many other important calls. I am very frustrated and the call center is useless they hardly answer calls and when they do it’s not helpful at all. I am now considering porting because this network is useless.
