Telkom is useless and has bad service

<p>I have an Internet cafe in Boksburg North and my business line has been faulty since 3 weeks now, but telkom has failed to come fixed it. Even when a technician was sent to fix the line, he came and left without telling me what was wrong with the line. His name is Pitsi, a very tired old looking unfit man who is unfit to be employed. As i speak now i have paid my bill for this month and dont owe telkom a cent, but they have failed to come fix my business line since it became faulty. I have not been doing business because of this situation, but they dont care and the technicians who are supposed to be on the field to tackle this problems are no where to be found.</p> <p>A business line is not supposed to take more than 3 days to be fixed, but my own has been bad for 3 weeks now and its still to be fixed when i write this review today 20/02/2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please just help me judge this matter.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
