Telkom is useless and conned me into a package!!!

So it all started when my father was contacted by a Telkom agent regarding a promotion he was eligible for, a Huawei Tablet with 1gig data. My father gave me the tablet and because I used alot more than 1 gig a lady from Telkom called my dad with another offer, a November/December 2017 deal they were having - She clearly stated I would get 15 gigs of anytime data and 15 gigs nighttime data for the low price of R99 per month. This sounded great for me, I double checked these figures, in fact she boasted about it a few times, so I took out two of the deals. I was now taken to a page that said I am out of data, it turns out my package is actually 5 gigs anytime data and 10gigs nighttime data, I would not have taken two of these deals because I am not going to sit up between 12am and 7am to use data. Now I am sitting with two of these mobile devices and sim cards that I was told numerous times were in total 30 gigs each (anytime and night surfing). Then there is the issue with the sim card I received with the tablet, my balance says I have 300 minutes to call, I cant make calls, not even to the free Telkom number for help. I am absolutely fed up and regret opening accounts with Telkom.
