TELKOM IS USELESS AND ACTS *****ULANTLY

If I could give a zero star rating I would have. I had an account with Telkom which I opened several years ago, a year later I cancelled the account, last year I received a bill for over R5000 as they threatened to blacklist me, in my line of work I can not be blacklisted, so I paid and asked explicitly to make sure the account is now closed. Now I just received another bill from an Attorneys for R700 odd. How many times do you have to cancel with Telkom before they actually stop billing you? they are useless, I cancelled in person at their "shop" in Fourways, this is not to mention the bank fees that accumulated as they kept on billing costs to my bank. Im thinking of taking this legal myself!
