Telkom is useless

Good day I just want people to know how messed up Telkom is, I have 3 Telkom Prepaid mobile sims cards from them which I use for my business, since April this year my prepaid mobile sim cards keep getting blocked when I go to ask what is the reason they say it is blocked because of ***** and I have to rerica them, so I did. A month go they blocked again one of my prepaid and once again it was the same excuse so I re Rica again with all my documents. So on Tuesday 03/12/2019 they blocked my other prepaid with the same freaking excuse. Now they have blocked my other line that I re Rica last month. I don't know how they think, so I have tried to be nice, but I can't do this anymore. I am going to try and get my self a different network because Telkom just costs me money.
