telkom is useless

these people are ******* i did an eft and then they debit it aswell. now after 4 days trying to call and mail and log calls. i eventually got hold of them. now they tell me it will take 21 days before ill get my money back. this is ridiculous. i will never refer you to anyone for service or mobile contracts. you are useless
