Telkom is useless

Second bad review in 2 months about the same problem. After the first one took an entire week and a whole lot of shunting around. April they said that the credit limit was exceeded we paid the amount they said and the contract ended up costing more than R2000.00. now again the same reason. And you are not getting any assistance from them
