Telkom is Useless

I have phoned Telkom in March as my contract was up for renewal and I got a better deal through Vox. I was told I need to phone back EXACTLY 30 DAYS prior to cancellation. I phoned again 31st of March to have it cancelled end April. Then was told to do it online. Done that too but still active.

2nd of March call again threw a tantrum spent more than an hour on the phone to get it cancelled.

Then the consultant had the odacity to tell me it will be cancelled from immediate affect with no further service but I still need to pay the full installment.

I eventually had it confirmed cancelled through one of their consultants ( Miss Mbali Mgandela)for 30 April and assured me that This is now Cancelled. Today, 5 May 2021 I just receved an invoice for the amount due again 1 June.

They make it impossible to cancel. Most numbers and email addresses dont exist.

I would never recommend Telkom....NOT EVEN FIBRE as their service is useless.
