Telkom is useless

I cannot cancel my contract! I have called them all morning. Every time I get hold of what they call their customer retention division the line conveniently for them cuts off. I have tried all morning. Clearly their staff are unhappy too if they just put phone down. I hate their service - my phone line has not worked in months! Proper useless company and I never want to pay them r1 never mind have a contract with them.

Furthermore, asking friends how to cancel their answer, this is something that gets passed down to your kids because it's impossible to cancel.
