Telkom is useless

Hi have recharged my account with R50 and telkom took R49.50 and I have called them so many time with no joy , I have open a case with telkom and they sent me a sms saying case as being resolved which no 1 contacted me, so when I called back they told me I have purchased a family and friends bandle and until now nothing is working i am really ****ed off cause I am waiting so long for the services to activated or for them to give my money back.
