TELKOM IS USELESS

I actually can't rate Telkom at all as their service is pathetic. I canceled my contact (that was already on a mont to mont basis) on 5 September 2019 of which the last day of service would be 30 October 2019 otherwise I had to pay a cancelation fee. Now Telkim keep on to debit money from my account. I did numerous queries regarding the issue and was told by a Tekom representative that the request for cancelation is still with the cancelation departnent. Why should I go through this if Telkom doesn't do there work. I will really want to warn people not to make u of Telkom services as they don't follow up on requests from client and just want to take their money without any service rendered. Be aware not to make use of Telkom services at all - it is pathetic
