Telkom is useless

This is by far the most useless service provider ever. I have multiple accounts and I've never had a problem until now. I am fustrated angry and to be honest I dont know where to go from here. My brother took out a contract with telkom and has never recieved any bill via email now his been trying for days to get a detailed bill emailed to him that after so much airtime and data waisted no one wants to help that my mom and myself tried to assist him in simply getting his bill emailed to him as he is always working long hours and unable to sit on his phone begging a useless service provider to email his bill. After multiple arrogant call centre agents told him to go to the shop where he took out the contracts he doesnt even love near the shop how in hells name does he get to the shop whereby they also state u can pull it on the telkom app but after hours of attempts it says we are experiencing difficulties.!!!!! How are u a service provider to thousands of people and your app is this dysfunctional in all honesty I can see why the app is so horrible it reflects their service telkom is horrible I would much rather move to a more efficient service provider that doesn't employ lazy people that don't want to work or help I mean come on how hard is it to send a small email with a detailed bill (telkom is useless) and im canceling all my contracts i have with them and I would not recommend this service provider to anyone out there rather use someone else then struggle with people who actually don't care they happy to take your money from u but won't supply u with a service when needed.
