TELKOM IS USELESS

Telkom is the most useless telecommunications company ever. They did not cancel my ADSL line since December 2019 and have now listed me on ITC. They have admitted that they are wrong and that it will be corrected immediately. After 3 weeks it still hasn't been done and they have added an extra amount for the next month. Telkom is blocking me from borrowing money during the Covid-19 pandemic and my business is closed until level 2. I have tried numerous times to sort this out now. Telkom won't give you anyone to contact in terms of the ITC listing that has to be removed and seem to just carry on billing me now for something I don't have. I will definitely be closing my new Telkom again asap as I do not want anything to do with this company anymore
