Telkom is useless.

Telkom sent my 83 year lold dad a letter of demand for R3395.92 I have called 5 times this morning at a call cost of R2 per minute and have to hold to listen to their recorded messages for 5-10 minutes. I get through to a consultant that claims they are in technical support I have to call again and choose option 2. THERE IS NO OPTION FOR ACCOUNTS!!!! They claim that the invoices have been sent on SMS... how is that even a legal way of sending a document that if you don't receive it it results to non payment and then you get a letter of demand? I don't understand how telkom even still exists.
