telkom is useless

telkom is useless. We were on a set 100G a month package And decided to switch to uncapped. They first charged us an upgrade fee which should not have happened and secondly our line has not even been upgraded to uncapped. We have been on the phone with them almost everyday for the last month and no one can sort the problem out. Every consultant you speak to has a different story as to why our package has not been upgraded. Every consultant promises to fix it and nothing happens. Reference numbers are promised to be smsed to you by the end of the day, nothing happens. Sick and tired of being given the run around by telkom. Useless service provider. South africans deserve better. If anyone needs fibre internet, trust me, do not sign up with telkom. A simple thing like this cannot be fixed.
