Telkom is useless

Service from telkom is disgusting. I have LTE wifi. I made payment on my account. A few days on i get disconnected . On phoning the call centre mutiple times and emailing proof of payment to 3 different at the call centre. Still they cant seem to sort the billing issuse out.. im without wifi for the pass 5 days.. when i want to speak to a manager they say there is no one available. They are pathetic and service is really poor. I really regret taking a contract from telkom. Its seems to be an ongoing problems from telkom from all the reviews i see about them.. i dont know went my wifi issuse will be resolved. I will have to report them to ICASA. As i have proof of payment and all email records . Never again i will take a TELKOM contract..
