Telkom is useless

Dear Telkom

We have been waiting patiently for you to come to the party but this is ridiculous.. I've ordered my new phones and upgraded contract online as the local Telkom shops did not have any stock of the phones..

I waited 2 weeks for the parcel to arrive after you have send it to the wrong address.

On the 12 October 2021 i received a parcel only to open it up and wrong product arrive.. 30min after receiving the wrong parcel my phone got cut off... Now after more than a month of trying to get my right parcel and reconnect my phone I'm fed up with the wait..no one at Telkom is willing to help..each phonecall or email coming back with different advice... I'm paying for a service that i don't even have.. Absolutely unacceptable.. Customer service is shocking.. I really hope for you to see this and managing staff to contact me. ***
