Telkom is useless

Telkom has the worst customer service and they do not know how to reconcile their accounts. My debits have been going off correctly as upon the agreed debit date. However, they still handed me over to debt collectors and suspended my account. They are also charging me extra fees upon this entire mess. Each agent I called to enquire what is going on drops the call and they provide **** email addresses for their complaints department. They are utter useless. No one has been able to assist me further and I will be laying a complaint with consumer protection.
