Telkom is useless

For the last year telkom has never taken the amount that I signed for on my contract. Its always more. This month of January 2022 telkom has deducted my account twice and i have tried multiple times contacting them but nothing. I have logged almost 3 faults the last few month but nothing has come from this

People at centurion mall branch can’t help me they just saying phone our help line. Still nothing even when i phone them I can’t get hold of a agent. So will someone advice or help please
