Telkom is useless

Guys it’s me again with Telkom....I payed 8days in advance my Telkom bill....but still they put my service off....I’m sick and tired of every 6months with da same problem... I’m thinking of cancelling my Telkom acc because what’s da use of payin 899fr WiFi that’s slow every time the last 2weeks of the month....I phoned to ask dem about my suspended line and da lady tells me I’m in areas but I hav been payin every month before the 5th of each month..... she couldn’t even help me witch mean Telkom’s agents aren’t properly trained they just put there to get payed.... they can’t even help me by changing my acc details to my husbands acc because as per them they can’t change it.... how useless can Telkom be....don’t ever go for a Telkom WiFi people they are just all *******s....I’m sick and tired of this people now I’m going to cancel everything by them and rather move to rain because they offer me more fr less
