TELKOM IS USELESS!

They deserve ZERO stars if not -5 stars!!!! Never have I had worst customer service than with telkom! It’s like you employ *********** people that don’t know what the **** they doing! I have been requesting for a refund on my deposit I had paid in the beginning of my contract and now that my contract has ended! Of which they still deducted 2 months of debit orders after I called in advance to cancel everything! I never complained about that cause you guys won’t even bother to refund that so all I expect is my deposit! It’s been 5 months of calling and going into store only for all of them to give me diff stories and nothing could be resolved still! I can bet I will go into store to ask about this refund and will be told the case closed! When they ****ing haven’t refunded my deposit. So why is telkom ****ing still operating when it’s basically should be rendered useless!

I don’t want to get a phone call with regards to apologies I just expect the R700 deposit in my bank account by this week! If I wait any longer I will be going to the store to make a scene as clearly nothing is ever sorted when you calmly deal with *********** people and company like telkom!
