Telkom is useless

It does not help fighting, or being abrasive, yet I've logged calls, logged faults, emailed there escalations department yet nothing, not even a single email, no fault reference number, it's been 4 months, and my problems are just getting worse, and I pay a lot of money to receive exactly nothing worth my money spent with them, I have super bad connection that it fails when I open a Google page, a lot of static coming from my home telephone, and it is just unacceptable and if I don't get it fixed soon, I'll start raising the stakes, they have false advertising, \Better tomorrow"it's not tomorrow we need it sorted it's today 8hours ago. And one of there highest technicians or somebody from the very top position would now need to get back to me"
