Telkom is useless!

I went to telkom store in Kempton gate mall to open a phone contract. Mxo who attended to me was totally useless and wasted my time. He has no sense of communication and manager Kate is just as useless. The is no professionalism nothing. The most frustrating experience ever. It resulted in me canceling my contract even before I could receive the phone I wanted.
