Telkom is USELESS

I have canceled my contract a month ago. Still they are sending me a bill to do deductions!

Why pay for a service provider that has absolutely so care about their customers AT ALL!

I don't even want to give it a star rating at all. I had to struggle for weeks to get hold of them to cancel my contract. No one gets back to me, all they just love to give is more advertising just to drain all your money ....and airtime...from you. Useless!!!

Again I ask, why pay for something you are not using at all....that after cancelling?!
