Telkom is useless

<p>Upgraded my adsl line a week ago and it was not activated. Spoke to about 10 different people from sales and technical side. Eventually someone that actually knows there job told me its not possible to get a 10 mbps in my area. They upgraded me and of course charged me for this but i couldnt get the line. I now want to cancel everything with them and they tell me it takes 30 days. So i will get charged again for a service im not recieving. SOOOO irritated with telkom and the people that work for them that dont have a clue. Its a joke. The company should be so embarrassed by the people they employ.</p>
