Telkom is USELESS

Telkom App is totally USELESS! I loaded airtime on my number, tried doing an in-app purchase (On a game) with that airtime, just to find I don't have enough funds (air-time) left. So I go into my Telkom App > Products > View Usage = (We are currently encountering a problem retrieving your info. Please try again in a few minutes) - THAT'S WHAT I KEEP ON GETTING. Telkom APP is totally useless! And I can bet the response I get from Telkom is "We are working on the App issues, please bare with us?" Well, then bare this, I'm gonna change service providers.
