Telkom is useless

<p>Telkom is the most useless organization. I pay over R 1 500 per month for fiber line which is supposed to be their top end product. I would hate to deal with their lower end products. At first it did not work and when speaking to their call centre they blamed it on Microsoft . I told them the router was faulty but they knew better. When taking the router to their shop it was proven to be faulty and replaced. 3 months of paying for inferior service . Then they gave me another router as the second one was also faulty . Again it did not work . Then the Telkom technician told me that the Telkom routers are of poor quality and advised that I purchase a new router on which I spent R 2 500 only to find out from another Telkom representative that the router supp**** to me by Telkom was an ADSL router and not a fiber router. The Telkom technician did not even know the difference. When my PA requested my logs from Telkom she was told that there were not any. They will not cancel their contract and want me to pay cancellation fees for their poor service . , TELKOM MUST FALL </p>
