Telkom is useless

<p>OMW what the ... Telkom so I have been complaining about services I have cancelled Nov 2016 already which included my Showmax subscription I hadthrough Telkom (which they have been charging me from the day I have cancelled it) and without giving Telkom permission - I get the following email today</p> <p>Hi Marieta,<br />Your Showmax Premium subscription billed through Telkom has been reactivated.</p> <p>Telkom I am lost for words why would you do this???????</p>
