Telkom is useless

<p>Good day. I went to telkom in key west, krugersdorp, after standing in queues for how long waiting to be helped eventualy by not so friendly and helpfull staff, I eventualy were able to change a existing telephone line from a previous owner to my name, they asked me for a deposit, I payd, I did everything they wanted me to do, finaly everything was sorted and they told me the line will be on my name and active within 24 to 48 hours, its almost a week I am waiting, I am fed up with this, you are asked for money and to pay up immediately, no questions, but the service will never ever be immediately. Im really gatvol now. </p>
