TELKOM IS USELESS

i have logged 5 calls i the past month for my internet line , every time telkom closes my fault saying the problem has been sorted but the problem is still there , i have logged a 6th call now .... not once have ii seen a technician @ my house , let alone did someone from Telkom contact me to find out what the problem is , the faults just get closed .
