Telkom is useless

<p>Telkom Ref No 614CRK201216. ADSL line down since 20 December 2016. Since 17 Janaury 2017 full telephone line is down. Reported fault on 20 December 2016. Ask progress, plead, cry and threatened on 3, 4,10,13, 17, 25 (x2), and 28 January 2017. Telkom not interested. Mr Nkosana Masiane as technician assigned on 12 January 2016 only. Not interested or just lazy. Cannot stay at home all day. Have to work to pay Telkom for no service. All consumers stay away from Telkom</p>
