Telkom is useless!

<p>Telkom joke of the day: They are quick to sell a contract to you, but once you accepted, and after delivery of your device, you wait 6-7 days for it to be activated....Please guys, if you are in urgent need of internet, don't rely on them. I spend 7.5 hours on the phone in the last 4 days, and still no internet! 32 calls later, lots of screaming and shouting, and what do they say: Sir, you are welcome to cancel the contract. Why: because they don't care. Why not: Because they still get their salaries at the end of the month. <br />I've been transferred to 5 different departments in one call, and then I end up at the same call center I started of with at the beginning of the call. <br />I just spoke to Telkom again: Phelele Ntombela at sales. He said to me that the official telkom document that states that your simcard will be activated within 2-24 hours, is in fact wrong. It should be 24 working hours. If you do the calculations, with lunch times etc, you will be laughing with me. Thanks Telkom! I will have an awsome day...</p>
