Telkom is useless

To whom it may concern

I am frustrated with Telkom as our phones have been off for last 3weeks.We are a business and cannot operate without this service.Telkom does not even reply or respond and has promised us wireless phones and have dispatched telephones already according to them but we waiting.We have escalated this matter to so many agents and have 3 reference numbers but all to no avail.We cannot even speak to someone in management. I'm at wits end and do not know how we are going to operate this businesses if Telkom is so useless. My hope is that Someone will hear our plea so that there can be action from their side.Our school is Feed my lambs in Eldorado Park and contact details are ***
