Telkom is useless

Went into telling store yesterday to apply for a Samsung Galaxy A50 for R300 a month and to my surprise I got a declined SMS this morning this surprises me because Vodacom won't approve me for a contract unless I take out a big contract with them my pay is more than R3000 per week and I get R4500 payout from my work every 25th due to a accident that happened at work so how do you decline someone who gets more than R19000 pay after deductions??????
