telkom is useless

i am so annoyed with Telkom, I feel like all I do is complain about these people. I took out a contract for fibre with Telkom, and vumtel the installers on the 15.07.2019, I had to phone and phone for the first two weeks as I heard nothing from them. I then got the order number but when I phone Vumatel, they advised I need a VT number, I have called Telkom for a week now requesting this. they keep saying they don't provide it and then provide me with another order number. I phone Vumatel and they told me again they cannot find it still not on the system. I tried phoning again today and now they just taking my number to call me back in 72hours. I have emailed and it takes a week to respond with basically no information.

I am getting so annoyed with these people.
